Description
A man watches people come off a cruise ship and identifies a passenger who looks a lot like himself. He lures him to a place, drugs him and kills him. He assumes his identity and returns to the ship to continue the cruise. Since each island is a different country, he is almost impossible to catch. Follow him as he eludes the FBI while they chase him all over the Caribbean.
He strikes gold when he discovers that one of his victim's iPad contains critical information. Using a high-tech connection, he becomes an overnight millionaire. Will that become his undoing?
